Get the Point?

“Get the Point?”

“Get the Point?” is quilted and bound and labeled. The design idea originated from 100 Blocks from Today’s Top Designers, vol. 3,  published by Quiltmaker magazine. Carrie Nelson designed block #291 as a 12″ block composed of four 6″ units. I arranged the 6″ units to make cross shapes much like Kim Brackett’s quilt, “Past and Present”  published in Scrap-Basket Surprises. I used 2 Bali Pops with 20 strips each and 3 yards of background fabric. The “Splash” pantograph quilted with tan thread gives texture to the finished quilt. Thanks, all you “Get the Point” class participants from the Patch Multi-Crafts Center for motivating me to finish my quilt!
