2014 Summer Quilt-A-Long

Last summer, I invited my blog readers to join my local Quilting Circle in making a medallion style wall quilt. We began with a Saw Tooth Star, and I posted instructions or suggestions each month for the successive borders. To refresh your memory, here is a picture of Stephanie’s completed quilt top. Those Laurel Burch cats are the sassiest!

This Summer, our Quilt-A-Long (abbreviated QAL) is a mystery quilt entitled “Slant Six.” Are you game? It is a lap quilt that’s beginner friendly with no triangles, Y seams, or appliqued motifs. You can do it!

I have created a “Mystery Quilt” page as a blog tab heading. You can access the document regarding fabric selection now. Successive clues will be posted on the first of each month, June through September. Happy sleuthing!

Please leave a comment below if you plan to participate in the 2014 Summer Mystery QAL.
