Aby demoing slice and dice

On Saturday, January 31, my guild invited me to demo my “Slice and Dice” pattern at their monthly Sew Day. You can find a link to “Slice and Dice” on the Patterns page of my blog. Twenty-one ladies attended, and most tried out the design.

Here’s Lynn with her 4″ strips sewn together and seams pressed toward the darker fabric.

It was so much fun to sew, chat, and eat lunch together! And everyone was pleased to complete 16 blocks in just one day!

Oh, Aby, what a wonderful technique and resulting quilt! And what fun all of you had. I am so impressed with the activities of the Tar Heel Quilters.
